Refund Policy

If you cancel before your listing is published and before any content production has commenced, you may request a full refund by emailing briona@nextbizau.com.

Once a campaign is live, fees are non-refundable, because the advertising service has commenced. This includes campaigns where the business sells early or is withdrawn.

If we decline to publish your listing, your campaign fee is refunded in full less any third-party costs already incurred at your direction.

30 day extensions are non-refundable once applied to a live campaign.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where a service is not supplied with due care and skill.
