NEXTBIZ AU publishes advertisements supplied by sellers. We do not act for either party, do not negotiate, and do not receive commission on any sale.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of everything in their listing, including financial figures, photographs and claims about the business.

We may edit listings for formatting, decline content, or remove a listing that breaches these terms or applicable law.

Buyers must complete their own due diligence and obtain independent legal, financial and accounting advice before entering any transaction.

Campaign fees are payable in advance and are quoted in Australian dollars. Campaign durations begin on the date a listing goes live.

To the extent permitted by law, NEXTBIZ AU is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing content or from any transaction between a buyer and a seller.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
