Seller Agreement

You are purchasing advertising for a fixed term: 60 days for an Essential Campaign and 90 days for Featured and Spotlight Campaigns. Extensions of 30 days are available for $500 AUD.

You are not engaging a broker, agent or adviser, and NEXTBIZ AU takes no commission on any sale.

You warrant that you are authorised to advertise the business, that all information supplied is true and not misleading, and that you own or have licence to use all photographs and content supplied.

Every campaign is reviewed before publication. We may request changes, and we may decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unlawful or inconsistent with our standards.

Featured and Spotlight Campaigns include social promotion. Content schedules, formats and creative decisions are determined by NEXTBIZ AU, and content produced by us remains our property.

Buyer enquiries are delivered to the contact details you supply. You are solely responsible for responding to buyers and for any negotiation or transaction that follows.
